At Nyx Arcana, each deck is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except in the circumstances outlined below.
- Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
The product arrives damaged as a result of shipping or handling; or
The product received is materially different from the item ordered.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect purchases made by the customer
Dissatisfaction with the artistic style, theme, or content of the deck
Minor variations in colour or appearance resulting from printing processes or screen displays - Reporting Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Nyx Arcana within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Failure to report damage within this period may affect our ability to process your claim. - Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by South African consumer protection legislation.
Nyx Arcana is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. - Condition of Returned Products
Any approved return must be sent back in the condition in which it was received, including all original contents and packaging where reasonably possible. - Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. - Contact Us
